Cannot find Hexos server on dashboard

I just built a new computer with a 7700k on an MSI z270 sli MOBO.  The computer is etherneted directly into the router and I cannot see it on the dashboard.  I do not run a VPN and I am on the same network, I have also tried my computer which is also plugged directly into the router with no success.

I have never used TrueNAS so I have no idea what I am doing.  

What should I do?

can you see the truenas dashboard ? you can use something like angry IP scanner to find it on the network
