Immich admin access

Server and TrueNAS noob. Dell T620 server.

I have installed HexOS and subsequently Immich and accessed it as per the instructions http://<your host ip>:30041 and this opens the app as a single user.

How do I access the Immich admin interface?  The Immich guide says to go to http:/<your domain>:2283 but the connection is refused.  I've looked in the TrueNAS UI and it isn't obvious to me.

How do I fix this so that I can add users and permission correctly, currently I would have to share my admin login and password?

Photos I add directly to the folder do not show up in the Immich UI.

There is no dedicated admin interface, 2283 is the normal port which truenas seems to be mapping to 30041.

To access the admin panel you click on the top right where your user icon is and from the pop up menu you can select Administration.

This does not work in the App only in a browser.

You are not supposed to do that, you should upload your photos via the app/gui.
