forum permissions are broken

After purchasing HexOS and receiving an email saying:

1. A new Announcements forum will appear in the early access section which contains download and installation instructions.

2. An entire new Support section will also show up, with relevant sub-forums appearing as we add functionality during the course of the beta. 

I still don't have access to the new forum sections. I do have a licence key, but not sure if there is anywhere to insert this.

I am also able to log in to deck.hexos.com, but obviously, I don't have a server to claim as I don't have an ISO
