This was originally intended to be a TrueNAS server. I had such a hard time getting it setup the way I wanted running just two applications, Plex and Resilio Sync. Apparently with the limitations of TrueNAS I could not have them configured the way I wanted. TrueNAS forums I found to be shocking hostile to anyone asking for help and simple questions. So I ended up putting windows on this thing  and they work just fine now. 
NAS - Netgear ReadyNAS 628 D-1521 CPU | 64GB Ram | eight 20TB hard drives
Upgraded from a ReadyNAS 428 a couple years ago to get 10 gigabit
