[FR] - Hailo 10H support

Currently other Hailo devices are supported but the 10H kernel module and firmware have not been added, these are supported by Frigate and would be really useful to have on hand.

Hi tetra we aren't currently adding driver support directly through HexOS.
We have the same driver support as TrueNAS scale.

If TrueNAS scale adds support, we will also support it.

You may want to request they add support.
