Server shows “Online - attention needed” after latest Command Deck update, but no alerts or health issues

After the latest HexOS Command Deck update, one of my servers has started showing:

“Online - attention needed”

However, I cannot find anything that actually requires attention.

 

WHAT I’M SEEING

• The server has a green checkmark and is online.

• The main dashboard reports “Server is healthy.”

• I’m not seeing any health warnings, failed tasks, alerts, or other notifications.

• The server itself appears to be operating normally.

• My other HexOS server continues to show “Online and healthy.”

 

TROUBLESHOOTING I’VE TRIED

• Reloading/reopening Command Deck.

• Switching between Local and Hosted.

• Checking again after the server/dashboard had fully loaded.

The “attention needed” status persists, and there is still no indication anywhere of what supposedly needs attention.

This started after the most recent Command Deck update, so I’m wondering if this is a stale or incorrectly triggered status rather than an actual server-health issue.

QUESTION

Is there somewhere in Command Deck that should show the specific condition responsible for an “attention needed” state?

If there really is an issue being detected, it would be helpful if the status linked directly to the relevant warning or displayed what triggered it.

Happy to provide logs or any other diagnostic information if useful.

Update: I tried to unclaim and reclaim the server and the issue persists.
