bnocturnal Posted December 1, 2024 Posted December 1, 2024 Are we limited to a single drive pool, or can we have multiple pools? so, i have 4 8 tb drives, and 3 20 tb drives. will hexos let me create two pools? a 24 TB pool and a 40 TB pool? Quote
1 Magnus Posted December 1, 2024 Posted December 1, 2024 Hi there! It’s absolutely intended that you can have multiple pools, both for different size drives and different types (ssd vs hdd). Actually haven’t tested this myself (I’m the designer, not a developer), but the setup should hopefully suggest a good set of pools for you. Quote
0 TheDeluxe98 Posted Monday at 07:25 AM Posted Monday at 07:25 AM In regards to multiple pools can you name the different pools? I have 2 pools and i can't for the life of me find somewhere to name the pools to something other the HDDS. Quote
0 Sonic Posted Monday at 08:20 AM Posted Monday at 08:20 AM In this version of HexOs it's not possible to rename the HDD pools. A lot of people already requested the feature of renaming pools. Quote
