Can't claim server

Issues with claiming new server. It finds it via the deck.hexos.com asks for login and server password and gives general error. The server is bare metal. Truenas works fine. 

Server is on same subnet as claiming pc. Tried the manual ip wan method and still no resolution. 

Any recommendations.?

Try to reinstall the OS and be logged into the dock when it comes online. I had to do this for some reason it didnt sync the first go around
