Plex gpu hardware transcode guide

Hi, I was just wondering if there's a good guide around to getting this working? I've got a Ryzen 7 8700G and a GTX 1070 in my server. Do I need to disable the igpu in the bios first? Even if someone can point me to a good truenas scale guide I could probably fumble through that.
