WilliamsKnights Posted November 30, 2024 Posted November 30, 2024 I think it only right that multi factor authentication on accounts be something that gets implemented relatively quickly. The simple Username/Password for the account is very 90's With HEXOS being relatively new and gaining a lot of attention. Last thing you want is negative publicity due to weak security posture. some sort of MFA should be standard option. 26

CptJack Posted December 1, 2024 Posted December 1, 2024 Yeah, I was looking for a way to activate MFA expecting it to be natural.
Zero80472_ Posted December 2, 2024 Posted December 2, 2024 +1 for this as well Please do not Intergrate SMSbased MFA though 1
Johnlov Posted December 2, 2024 Posted December 2, 2024 MFA is absolutely essential, especially considering the cloud connectivity requirements in the early builds. This needs to be prioritised before the early access roll out starts. 1

Quill Posted December 2, 2024 Posted December 2, 2024 Absolutely agree, given the cloud requirement for this the first thing I did when I made my account was go to the settings to look for MFA!
jonp Posted December 3, 2024 Posted December 3, 2024 Absolutely guys. For this first phase of launch we went with minimalistic approach. This way we can narrow our support focus. We will be turning on 2FA in the near term. 5 2
Declared2727 Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 Definitely want to see MFA as well. Integration with the Yubikey ecosystem would be excellent. 1

Featured Comment jonp Posted February 27, 2025 Featured Comment Posted February 27, 2025 Just wanted to provide a quick update on this feature in particular. We are going to try to add this in for Q1 along with a few other big updates to be announced soon. 7 1
DaveWhite Posted July 20, 2025 Posted July 20, 2025 Did I miss this somewhere, or is it still not implemented? Considering that we are relying on your website security to protect our systems, I would have considered MFA a priority. 5
