Pool expansion stuck/not working

I tried to expand my 3 drives to four drives but it has been going for 12h now and in truenas it still shows " Waiting for expansion to start  Created by: [object Object] (API Key)".

How can I best get it unstuck?

Could you provide more details about the HDDs? Which brand and model are they? Are the HDDs the same size? Are they SMR or CMR drives? …

@MagnusSt From the console or shell, run "sudo zpool status HDDs -v", it will show you more detail, it's takes a long time, and is done per drive. If your pool name is not HDDs, change as needed

This is the way. Pool expansion takes time and the greater the capacity, the longer it takes.
