Showing 3 unused drives but can't create pool

Under unused drives I have 3 showing: 4TB, 1TB, 4.14TB

When I go to create a new storage pool it says I see you have drive(s) available, but we cannot suggest a suitable new pool configuration with them. Check out our article on selecting drives to better understand what is required to create a new pool.

Any idea how I create a storage pool?
