imNotOriginal Posted January 21 Posted January 21 I have this guy and I bought a mini-SAS to Sata spliter for the back of the ICY Dock to the MB (MB is consumer grade, is this my issue?)- these drives are not appearing in BIOS either. The Drives came out of a series of Proxmox machines I was playing around with so I know they work. Quote
ubergeek Posted January 21 Posted January 21 What is the MB you are using ?? It could be me but I always try and use a SAS card vs on board headers for any thing data related Quote

I have one that I got when purchasing a machine on FB Marketplace but it dosent work due to it being a MegaRaid card or something like that - here is the card in question. Quote
ubergeek Posted January 21 Posted January 21 It appears This is the card that will work for you. It seems the card you have won't even take a custom flash for HBA mode 1 Quote

This pool was created before I got the card. @ubergeek Thank you! 1 Quote
