Reaction blocked - do limits need increasing?

So I’m blocked from reacting anymore but I’ve probably only reacted max 15-20 times in the last 24 hours. 
Appreciate you might want limits to avoid bots/spamming, but this seems way too low? 

is this something that can be addressed? Or at least some additional context as to why if this is intended and won’t change?

We definitely need an increase. Do the reactions count towards "forum points" and that's why there's a limit?
