my issue has been resolved. for anyone in the future that finds this thread seeking the same information that i was, the correct process is to reach out via email to support@hexos.com
unfortunately, hexos just isnt for me. I have sent an email requesting a refund for my order to support@hexos.com, as per the suggestion of a form member, but i see people posting refund requests on here. so i am unsure of the correct process.
