    DuckDNS

This would be useful if you want to host an app on your home network but do not have a static IP from your ISP. Since I would strongly discourage making your HexOS NAS directly accessible to the internet, I do not see a reason for supporting something like this. I imagine they will instead put more time into P2P VPNs like Tailscale and Wireguard. If you do wish to use DuckDNS, you can easily do so through the TrueNAS GUI. The target audience for HexOS will likely not need a DuckDNS integration. https://www.truenas.com/community/threads/how-to-install-duckdns-org-a-how-to-guide.24170/
  2. Yes! Having run my own private mail server, it is not a simple task and requires constant maintenance. HexOS is for less techy people and will provide a set it and (mostly) forget it option like the off the shelf NAS products you can get on Amazon. That was why it was made. The target audience for HexOS will not be needing a private mail server app.
  3. Wazuh supports docker and also provides prebuilt containers. Lots of options for easy deployment. I'm sure HexOS have lots of apps they plan to add, but for now, it would not take much to deploy this manually through the TrueNAS GUI. Since Wazuh is not a "home" user type of app, it will probably not be high on the one-click deploy list, which is understandable. https://documentation.wazuh.com/current/deployment-options/docker/docker-installation.html https://documentation.wazuh.com/current/deployment-options/virtual-machine/virtual-machine.html
