Suggestion - Create a Recommended Hardware Guide

I think the following questions would be answered with a "recommended hardware for common features" section on that first post?

Are there features that will be limited if a 16gb SSD is used? I have a spare Optane m.2 kicking around.

I'm not a server nerd, as most Hex OS users are likely to be, but does caching and/or journalling go on the boot SSD, or is that another drive again?

I have some familiarity with Unraid running on a USB, so any SSDs in the system are fair game for storage, and excess storage on the boot drive has been useless for my purposes.

I am wondering the same, as I have two 16gb optane drives that im not overly sure on how long they will last, but running them redundantly will be the only use I can think of for them currently, where if one does fail it wont really impact me.

I have run into storage space limitations previously on Proxmox, but I will probably run this pretty standalone as a NAS if possible and use other debices for other services anyway, so 16gb being actually useable seems ideal.

Hi folks, I had a few comments under the Hardware and storage FAQ related to wanting a guide for hardware recommendations, so I'm creating this thread to move those comments to.

(To be clear, this thread is not intended to be that guide)
