Hi, 

I registered and ordered a lifetime licence (not from this account, a different one) and I've been charged for it. But after the payment processed it said something about an invoice and going to my cart to complete the order. When I did that it just returned me to an empty cart.

I tried to log in with the details I'd used for my order and it says incorrect email or password, and a password reset doesn't come through to my email. I also have no order confirmation email (presuming I should get one?)

I used the contact us page earlier today but no response yet, any help would be appreciated 🥲
