Credential management server? Self-hosted replacement for Dashlane, Lastpass, etc.

Question

I've been generally satisfied with Dashlane as my password manager for the past few years, but this is definitely something I want to move away from in favor of a self-hosted, open-source option. I've spent a few hours trying to get Bitwarden running on a DigitalOcean droplet, but gave up after running into lots of issues.

Is this something HexOS will address?

That would be sweet!

personally I want to use something like a raspberry pi for something like that or for the 2FA codes.
I haven’t taken the time yet to see if that is possible, but to use Hexos or a NAS to backup and generate passwords would be pretty sweet, especially if there is an easy (but secure) way to access them where ever I need it.

From what I've seen, TrueNAS supports Vaultwarden (the self-hosted variant of Bitwarden). So I'd think eventually it will work on HexOS as well.
