WinstonTheWolf Posted December 2, 2024 Posted December 2, 2024 I currently have a Windows 10 PC with 3 hard drives serving as my Plex server. I would like to change the OS over to Hex. Is there a way to do this without wiping the drives of all my content? 1 Quote
Quill Posted December 2, 2024 Posted December 2, 2024 I've got a similar set up, currently running Plex on a Windows 10 PC, so have been looking at this too. My understanding is that we'll need to format the drives so that will wipe the data, not seeing any way around that. Saw someone had a similiar question about moving from unraid to hex and an admin confirmed no way to do it without deleting the data, so I assume that would be the same going from a Windows - Quote
Almeda Posted December 2, 2024 Posted December 2, 2024 No, you will not be able to add them as-is and keep your data. 1 Quote
