I would love any feedback y'all might have: HP EliteDesk 800 G4 4CB30UT: Intel Core i5-8500T (2.1 GHz base frequency, up to 3.5 GHz with Intel Turbo Boost Technology, 6 cores, 9 MB cache) 8 GB DDR4 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB) Two SO-DIMM slots, supports up to 32 GB of DDR4-2666 SDRAM 256 GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD Two M.2 slots (one for SSD, one for WLAN) Intel UHD Graphics 630 DS200U3 2 Bay Enclosure 2 - Seagate IronWolf 4TB NAS Internal Hard Drives Any feedback would be awesome! jmztaylor Posted December 2, 2024 Posted December 2, 2024 What are you going to be using it for? I would highly suggest staying away from USB enclosures. 95% of the time they work without issues but that other 5% is a nightmare and can absolutely destroy data. Quote

Any suggestions on other enclosures? Being a mini-pc not really any options. Im not saying you can't but its generally highly suggested not to across any platform like HexOS/TrueNAS/Unraid. If more than one stream I would def get more RAM. You have onboard video so it uses your RAM. Which means less for system usage. Quote
