Is the Single Service Lifetime License hardware locked?

I just picked up a License and I'm psyched to the beta up and running. With that said, I would like to spin up a temporary machine for now, until it gets out of Beta and some of the Apps I need become available. 

So my question is, can I use my license for this temporary machine, then when I'm ready move it over to a new machine configured for long term use?

How is this in practice in terms of hardware failiure. My brother had issue with krita offline licence releasing due to a ssd faliure which ment he could not go through the licence release process for a while. He was able to get hold of the licence from the semi broken drive and release it in the end. 

But how would it be managed in this case?

HexOS has a dashboard that we can access without logging into the server?  hmmmm didn't know that, I assumed you'd only be able to access the dashboard on a server that was setup locally.   I assume this dashboard would have limited functionality being it's host from HexOS or TrueNas for us to see our server(s)?

As for right now, all of beta users using HexOS dashboard from https://deck.hexos.com

Yes, it is online. But when v1.0 being release, you will have options to run dashboard locally.
