Shallow 2U 10Gb NAS

Hello.
I've been using a Synology RS819 with expansion for some time now. The decision to choose this solution was the compact formfactor that would fit 8 drives in 2U of a shallow wall mounted rack cabinet with the rest of my office network equipment.

I now find myself in the need of more bandwidth and most of the drives are ready for replacement so I'm looking for something new. I've been going steady with Synology for the last 15 years but their business practices in later years has led me to seek new alternatives.
 
Does anyone have any recommendation for hardware that would fit within 2U of rackspace with a depth no longer than 320mm, support hot swappable drives, 10Gbe networking and NVMe drives for caching that could run HexOS?
My usecase is 4K video editing, photo and document backup, and jellyfin media server.

Sliger has a few 2u chassis that may work... they don't offer one with a built in drive cage, but a few have front 3.5" bays that you could put something like an IcyDock cage into.
