Changing my drives to larger ones

Hi,

I’m new to self-hosting.

I got hexOS and used it for a couple of months running a 2 4Tb drive HDD pool to try it out. Got a few apps working and I want to future proof my setup by switching to an 3 20Tb pool.

My motherboard has 4 SATA ports.

What is the process to transfer everything without loosing any data?

Honestly easiest thing would probably be getting a cheap m.2 to sata adapter so you can plug in all the drives at once and transfer data
