Is going to support xfs, btrfs, zfs, ext4 or it will be specific file system only?

I'd wager that, like TrueNAS, it will be ZFS.

Will there be a choice of hybrid, xfs and zfs for example, and vanilla production ready zfs?

I had all my data in one ext4 disk. I copied over to a new external drive, and now I want to import the contents to my ZFS pool. Any advice on how to proceed?

Use RSync to ensure that if your copies fail you can re-initiate where they failed and not have to start from scratch.
