Time limit on license?

I really want to take advantage of the sale today. However, currently don't possess a server and won't be able to put together one within a few months.
is there a time limit to 'redeem/use' the license, if bought today?

No once you purchase a lifetime license you use it whenever you need to. It will not expire.

No it’s a lifetime license, wait as long as you need to.
