New Build thoughts

I currently have an Unraid server that I am using for my NAS but am a bit frustrated with many things like giving access to people other than myself and then there is the fact that it has trouble with rebooting (it hangs). I'm looking at building a new server to put HexOS on and then transfer my files to that before moving the disks over. What are the thoughts of using the system below for the new system? My intent is to not need to move to another chassis for a very long time. I have 3 20TB drives currently and would put 2 new 20TB drives in this system so I would have 5 drives for storage and then add a few others for cache. I know that the specs are likely overkill, but I want to run a few games servers as well as Plex, Immich, NZBGet, Lancache, and who knows maybe some AI stuff.

I you are having fun nothing is overkill HA! I have 2 boot drives and 24 2.5 drives in mine. I am getting ready to expanded it to and external JBOD that can go up to 36 drives. So you are in great company! If you have any issues this is a lot of great support in the forum. I might not be able to help but give me a yell anytime.
