Plex and Immich updates, how to update?

In HexOS notifications (and on the Plex dashboard) I am informed that an update is available. How do I update these services in HexOS?

You can go into the truenas layer. The login in truenas_admin and whatever you set as the server password. I assume they'll add an update button at some point since this is just the beta for now

until today i have been able to launch Plex and also access the TrueNas settings but now today for some reason the launch button a isnt doing anything and the settings button has been grayed out? anyone know why this is?
