Re-balance data after expansion

Pardon me if this has already been answered, but does HexOS handle the rebalance of data across drives after an expansion?

My understanding is that Scale requires a user to run scripts to manually rebalance data after a capacity or pool expansion. Does HexOS require the same thing or does it handle it?
