Luuke Posted November 30, 2024 Posted November 30, 2024 I just made a Forum post about an iOS and android App as a Feature request, after which i saw that there has already been a post for this. Now i wanted to delete my post, to avoid doublettes, but it seems like there is no option for that at the moment. Quote
hdd Posted December 5, 2024 Posted December 5, 2024 Stop gap, you seen to be able to report your own post? "this comment is ok, but i want to tell a moderator about it" Quote

"this comment is ok, but i want to tell a moderator about it" Why should be burdened moderators with such a task? Deleted posts can simply just be hidden but still visible if the user wants to investigate what was said just like the edit button. 1 Quote
jonp Posted December 15, 2024 Posted December 15, 2024 Yeah we probably should make a change to this policy. I'll review forum settings this week to lax this up a bit. Not looking to create more administrative burden for ourselves. 1 Quote

markrieder Posted January 11 Posted January 11 So far, the policy has not changed. Posts still cannot be edited or deleted after a time period of approximately 5 minutes. This time limit should be removed. Quote
NAS Posted February 27 Posted February 27 (edited) Unless there is a past history of abuse why can't we simply edit a post at any time. I ran into this again today and it's really frustrating. Edited February 27 by NAS I'm disabled, typos happen Quote
