transfering lifetime license

I bought the lifetime license and used it in a old laptop, I ran into an issue where the hard drives were throwing errors and now my three drive setup only works with 1 drive. So I bought a new computer. Is there anyway I can transfer my license?

with the server turned off, log into deck
it should give you the option to disconnect server 
Once you disconnect your old server, you can claim your new server using the same license
