Timezone and keyboard layout selection when installing

Hey there,

 

so when istalling could we get an option to select our timezone and keyboard layout?

 

this as cause me a mild infuriating time because well my keyboard is not a qwerty and because of the wrong time zone i could not install plex for the longest time

I totally agree ! This would save users from having the admin password problem (with special characters) !
