Mog Posted December 21, 2024 Posted December 21, 2024 Immich installation uses data sets below /mnt/HDDs/Applications/immich/{videos,profile,uploads,thumbs} which is a bit confusing as the .immich database is stored under /mnt/HDDs/Photos. Wouldn't it make more sense to put the uploads/videos under Photos as well so they can also be accessed via Samba? It'd also make it easier to configure cloud sync backups? Quote

G-M0N3Y-2503 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago The new install path is under photos by the looks of it. But immich recommend not editing the files there and only using them to copy backups. Within immich you can setup storage templates to make the structure more navigable. Quote
