StuckinLimbo Posted December 17, 2024 Posted December 17, 2024 Hi, Earlier today I used the contact form, but I figured I should try to create a second account to see if I could get access to the forum to post about my issue. That seems to have worked, so here I am. I purchased lifetime access shortly after the LTT video went live. The site was, expectedly, experiencing a lot of problems at that time, which I totally understand. It wasn't clear to me whether I needed to already have a forum account in order to make a purchase, so I attempted to create one in advance. The below screenshot is the message I got after attempting to register. I then made my purchase using the same email address that I used for the forum signup. This message has been what shows up every time I've tried to log in since then. I'm able to log in on deck.hexos.com but I don't have access to the forum on that account, which I am assuming is also going to prevent me from downloading the installation ISO file. If a staff member could reach out and help me get this fixed it would be greatly appreciated! Quote
Dylan Posted December 17, 2024 Posted December 17, 2024 @StuckinLimbo - Sorry to hear you've been having difficulties. I suggest taking your post and copying that in an email to "support@hexos.com". Leaving your post here for others to see that the first best step is to contact support. Best of luck! Quote

Thanks, I didn't know that email existed. The "Contact Us" page is only a message submission form. It would probably be helpful to have the email address listed there as well! 1 Quote
Mawson Posted December 19, 2024 Posted December 19, 2024 This is a good sentiment, though it may not be a great idea from a spam perspective. The contact form probably goes to Support@hexos.com, but I belive that companies often use contact forms like that to avoid email addresses being shown on their website in plain text, which exposes them to scraping, and could lead to tons of spam.
