Email Receipts and License?

Where we suppose to get email receipts with our license, or other Information, after purchasing the lifetime subscription; Or is that still TBD for the 1st beta release?

You should receive both a receipt and an early access program details email.  Let us know if you don't receive them within the next hour.  The servers are getting hit hard right now, so some message sending may be delayed.

I have the same problem i didn't get any email confirmation or anything my order was placed about 45 minutes ago...

Just got my email receipt as well. The license can be viewed in your account purchase details.

As you may have seen on the announcement bar, our mail provider hit a limit and we are working to get it expanded ASAP.  Really sorry about this everyone!!  Team is already pressing to get this resolved.

I purchased the early access lifetime (as the description said) expecting a download link or instructions on how to proceed…..so far nothing…

From my understanding, You will receive download information when you are given access. They said they are sending access in waves and are planning to have all early access members have access before the end of 2024.
