can't access install instructions after purchase

I purchased a lifetime license with paypal and for some reason I can't access the section of the forum that has the announcements and install instructions. Anyone else have this problem?

I got in touch with an admin and they fixed my permissions on the forum, hopefully nobody else has this issue.

Having the same problem. It says it should happen automatically, and I did get an e-mail with links to the forums, but access was denied.
