areca Areca hardware raid card with HexOS

I haven’t been able to find information on whether the Areca hardware RAID card is supported in HexOS (a driver install is required). Does anyone have experience or insights on this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You shouldn't really need a raid card. ZFS manages all of that for you.

Hey JaranNL. You are free to use a raid card if you choose however it will likely remain an unsupported configuration. It might be helpful to use the search function on this forum (found under "Activity') and take a look at other experiences.
