TrueNAS setup app transition over to HexOS one click app

Hi all,

Had a thought while i wait for my links. How will HexOS handle a TrueNAS setup app like say Emby when the HexOS setup for that app comes out? Will it be seamless and HexOS will already recognise that it's installed or will we have to nuke the TrueNAS side and reconfigure it on HexOS side? 

I am fine with either but would like to know for the future as I am going to be rolling out TrueNAS setup apps right away as i don;t use Plex and none of my other media management software is one click setup  yet

is there an easy way to transition from another NAS software easily or will I have to remove all of my files from my current NAS then complete the setup then reupload my files to the new NAS?
