How to Request a VAT Invoice for European Purchasers?

Hi,

I bought two lifetime licenses and downloaded the "invoice" generated by HexOS's system.

As the purchase was made for my company, I need a formal VAT Invoice with the company information for accounting purposes. The format can be either Reverse Charge Invoice or a regular invoice with the European VAT Percentage explicitly stated; depending on whether the VAT can be refunded directly by HexOS or not.

=> How can such an invoice be generated in the dashboard or requested from the company?

I emailed them right after finalizing the purchase 10 days ago ^^ Still waiting for an answer. (I reckon they are dealing with a particularly high volume of questions at the moment given the Black Friday Sales + the LTT Video drop).

If I haven't heard back in a week, I will try reaching out again 🙂

Hmm... interesting. The new invoice generator is indeed better than the previous one.
However, the output is still non-compliant for accounting in Europe.

If support does not circle back with a valid invoice, I might draft up a template and share it here to help with the matter ~
