So @Midnight2ss turns out it's part of the boot install - was able to select my existing two boot drives from my TN setup for mirrored boot.

i wont even lie i knew that but i complete was lost on what we were talking about appearantly as i was referencing pool cache. i feel really dumb bc i knew you can have redundant os drives 🤦‍♀️

$100 was too good to pass up imho, but I'm confident this will be a permanent replacement for a lot of cloud applications once it's going. I can't seem to figure out what order # I am but it's way down the list
