Depends on your motherboard, truenas is just software. My NAS uses just over 1kw a day, which is around £0.22 a day. I'll check at some point if my motherboard has wake on LAN, as it can probably go off most of the night.

I mean its nothing too annoying, I have a bookmark now but for most "new" people, having easy access to these pages, especially the forums could help a lot more!

yeah admin/mod kinda should be in the disallowed word imo -
When I go to https://hexos.com/ on my PC i only have the option of getting started/buying it, no menu for forums/deck But when you view it on a phone you get a nice menu which shows all the places.

Ooo I hope so, this would be handy, am still new to HA and trying to learn stuff, and stil lyet to make a good dashboard, but I do like this idea, I have a Lenovo M11 ready to stick up on a wall somewhere and have it as a "wall panel" -
those in the UK if you have starling pay with that, I mainly use it for holidays as you have no fees with it (save a bunch of money)

with the correct backups/restores it could work wonders for newbs like my self, I've messed some installs up in the past and had no clue but to start again, a simple restore to the backup I just made or something would be really ideal 😛
