I guess my question from this would be, what happens to a Disconnected Server? Does it just stop working/go offline until reconnected to a license again? Or, some kind of reduced functionality (certain features unavailable, etc.)?

If I'm transferring my license between servers, how does the Disconnect process work? If I wanted to replace an server with a new one, is there some kind of "grace period" for the transfer, so I can have both servers running at the same time to move my data to the new one?
