  1. I seem to have resolved this my simply adding the local IP to the custom port field 192.168.68.72:32400 Hope this helps someone in the future!
  2. I've also ran Plex on an old iMac with port forwarding in the past without issue. I've just moved across to hexOS and installed Plex and I'm now getting the issue that Plex is using the Private address of 172.16.1.2:32400 my local address range is 192.168.68.X. There is no way to change the address itself within the Plex web interface only the port. Is there something I need to do within TrueNAS to resolve this issue, if so can anyone recommend a good place to start please?
  3. Hi all I'm only a budget and would like to use some of my current USB drives removed from their enclosures but also purchase a couple of reconditioned drives. All the recommendations I can find seem to be for US buyers, could anyone recommend somewhere in the UK apart from eBay? Thanks
  4. Sorry if this has been asked before, I have checked. I've purchased a copy of hexos a couple of days ago and have managed to get very little of it working! I know it's a beta. I dug out my old PC running a i7 4th gen with 32GB, downloaded the ISO image and installed hexos. I originally installed 3 old 1TB HDD which managed to work fine as a pool. Once it was working in principal I removed any data from the drives using a Windows partition manager and installed all seven of them in my hexos. I wiped the SSD boot drive and went through the set up again. It creates the pool during the install but when I look at the booted OS it's gone. If I try and create the pool again, it creates it and says to wait for it to appear, it never does. I've rebooted the OS a number of times but still nothing. Running a NAS which doesn't create storage isn't something I can use even as an early beta. Does anyone have any other suggestions before I request a refund? Thanks in advance.
