I requested a refund right at the 30 day mark. HexOs hasn't worked at all for me and I ended just learning how to use TrueNas. I emailed the request to support@hexos.com
I sent my first request for a refund on Feb 4th. Haven't heard anything back and it's now the 21st.
I sent a couple of follow-up requests with no response.
Just wondering if I'm doing something wrong...
