    I requested a refund right at the 30 day mark. HexOs hasn't worked at all for me and I ended just learning how to use TrueNas. I emailed the request to support@hexos.com I sent my first request for a refund on Feb 4th. Haven't heard anything back and it's now the 21st. I sent a couple of follow-up requests with no response. Just wondering if I'm doing something wrong...

    Any time frame for this? Just keen as I tried HexOS, but didn't make it very far as I use a single pool for non-critical files that I need for Plex. Because of that one pool, none of the other pools display in Hexos. So I've been learning how to use Truenas and creating pools, datasets, and shares manually.
