Can I import my existing data without wiping/losing the data?

I have an existing server that runs Ubuntu, holding roughly 10TB of data across 6 disks using SnapRaid & MergerFS Can I replace Ubuntu with hexos and import my existing disks into it without any data loss? Or would I need to back it up and then restore it into hexos?
