I think I have roughly the same problem. I can access the folders I created from other devices perfectly, but not Plex and Immich. The only way I can get anything from plex is if Relay mode is turned on, which allows it to send the media to Plex over the internet and then to my other device from the internet, but that defeats the whole point.
