I think there was mention of a E-commerce issue resulting in some users being double charged for their licenses initially. I'd imagine these refunds are probably being prioritised over others while the team is under pressure.

+1 to this! I posted somewhere else on here about how I spent so many hours going through tutorials setting up OMV and Pi-Hole on my old NAS. Once I finally had it built and working, I lost the mojo to do anything with it. Having pi-hole as an app that can be run as easily as the plex integration looks to be would be game changing and gives the NAS that little bit more utility.
