From what I understand, you’re looking to have one primary server and a backup server, either in the same location or a different one.
If this is what you’re aiming for, I recommend taking a look at Proxmox Cluster. You can set up HexOS as a VM and pass everything through, including your drives, etc. This allows you to configure it as needed and makes it easy to migrate from one server to another.
I don’t think HexOS natively supports this feature, and if it does, I doubt it would work with just one license. I’m happy to be corrected on this, but the solution above should work. It is, however, more suited for advanced users, which might conflict with the primary audience for HexOS. That said, I found HexOS much more intuitive than other NAS operating systems I’ve tried.
