I found a solution to my problems, It was to create a new folder(dataset) or use an existing folder(dataset). This is because using the HexOS recommended apps creates new datasets for the apps. if it is in a folder, the dataset cannot be created (this is my understanding and I could be wrong).

Hi, I have a similar issue. I installed HexOS completely new. A single Folder(also share) and set all the location to a path in the folder. I tried to install Immich but it just says that there is server error. In truenas, the app pool is set. I dont see any running jubs during installation. Can some one provide guidance on where i should look? Another note is that my folder is Private with access to one user. Also let me know if you need any other info.
