I emailed them right after finalizing the purchase 10 days ago ^^ Still waiting for an answer. (I reckon they are dealing with a particularly high volume of questions at the moment given the Black Friday Sales + the LTT Video drop).

Hmm... interesting. The new invoice generator is indeed better than the previous one.
However, the output is still non-compliant for accounting in Europe.
If support does not circle back with a valid invoice, I might draft up a template and share it here to help with the matter ~
